We provide you with a series of basic rules for the proper functioning of our facilities. We understand that respect and common sense are the basis of coexistence, which is why we provide you with some rules that we believe are essential to ensure that your stay at Casa Rural el Chiquitisco is perfect.

IMPORTANT CONSIDERATIONS

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you take the following rules into account:

BOOKING AND PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

To guarantee your booking at Casa Rural El Chiquitisco, please note the following terms and conditions:

  • Advance booking: The booking will be confirmed once an advance payment of 30% of the total amount has been made. If the advance payment is not made within the specified period, the booking may be cancelled. Payment must be made by bank transfer.
  • Remaining payment: The remaining 70% shall be paid on the day of arrival, when the keys are handed over and guests are registered in accordance with current legislation. This payment may be made in cash or by bank transfer.
  • Proof of payment: Once the transfer has been made, proof of payment must be sent by email to info@elchiquitisco.es or via WhatsApp to 660.56.74.78.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that plans can change, so we offer the possibility to cancel your booking at any time. However, to compensate for the possible loss of bookings, we apply the following cancellation policy:

Cancellations more than 6 weeks in advance: 100% of the deposit will be refunded.
Cancellations between 3 and 6 weeks prior to arrival: 50% of the deposit will be retained as compensation.
Cancellations less than 3 weeks in advance: 100% of the deposit will be retained.

If you need to cancel your booking, please let us know as soon as possible by email at info@elchiquitisco.es or via WhatsApp on 660 56 74 78 so that we can manage the availability of the accommodation.

HOUSE RULES

We want you to enjoy your stay at El Chiquitisco, but we also want all guests to find a well-kept and welcoming space. Therefore, we ask that you keep these rules in mind during your stay.

Guest registration

On the day of arrival, each guest over the age of 14 must sign the guest register, which will be sent to the state security forces in accordance with current regulations.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in is from 5 p.m. to midnight.
Check-out is at 12 noon.

Pets
Pets are welcome and we know how much joy they bring to a home, but their owners are responsible for their behaviour and any damage they may cause, so we would like to make certain rules clear:

  • They are not allowed to use bedding or towels, or climb on furniture (beds, sofas or rest areas with mats or cushions).
  • Common areas must be kept clean, and their excrement must be picked up.
  • A supplement of €10 per pet per booking will be applied.

Use of the facilities
Enjoy the house and its spaces, but always with respect.

  • If serious damage, vandalism or inappropriate use of the facilities is detected, we reserve the right to cancel the stay immediately and without refund.
  • The house must be left in the same condition as it was received: tidy, clean and with no furniture or appliances moved without prior notice.
  • Crockery and kitchen utensils must be left clean and tidy.

Maximum capacity and access by unauthorised persons
The maximum capacity contracted may not be exceeded, nor may unregistered persons be accommodated, as the house is for the exclusive use of guests. Failure to comply with this rule may result in the termination of the stay without the right to a refund.

Security deposit
To ensure the proper use of the accommodation, we may request a security deposit, which will be returned once the house has been inspected. If damage due to misuse of the facilities and their contents is detected, as well as missing items or breach of the rules, the deposit may be retained in whole or in part.
Damage caused by our guests or their pets, both in the houses and in the gardens, terraces, etc., due to misuse, will be invoiced to the person responsible for the booking and must be paid on departure or upon repair or replacement, if necessary, of the damaged object or objects.
The deposit will be forfeited for misuse of the facilities by pets in the amount covering the costs. If the deposit does not cover the costs, these will be invoiced separately and the corresponding invoice will be sent to the guest who made the booking via email.
Once the house has been checked, the refund will be made in cash or by bank transfer.

Hygiene and cleanliness conditions
The deposit will be forfeited if the house is not left in the same condition of cleanliness and hygiene in which it was delivered.

Linen changes
Reservations are always on a room-only basis and do not include daily cleaning.
All reservations of more than seven nights include a free linen change service for bed, bath and kitchen linen. Replacements will be made as needed during these 7-night periods.

Cleaning and waste
We do not offer a daily cleaning service, so guests are responsible for cleaning during their stay.
Please remember to leave things as you found them, so before you leave, please dispose of any rubbish in the nearby bins.
We provide a first aid kit for any emergencies.

Maintenance and cleaning
Unless otherwise requested, staff will visit the houses every 8 days for stays longer than 7 nights, between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m., to clean and replace bed linen and towels.

Note: Guests will not be notified during their stay that staff will be accessing the outside of the property at the times described above. Guests will always be notified when staff are going to access the interior for cleaning or changing linen. Staff may access the interior of the properties in the event of a breakdown, power cut, water leak, damage, replacement, fire or any other incident that requires immediate action. Guests will always be notified in advance.

Electric car charging
Electric car charging is not permitted until our facilities have a device installed for this purpose.

DATA PROTECTION

The data controller is Estudio Inmobiliario Ciudad Jardin S.L. Your data will be processed for the purpose of managing administrative services and invoicing our services. The legitimacy for the use of the data is based on the execution of a present contract or provision of services. No data will be transferred to third parties, except where legally required. The data will be destroyed once you notify us of your cancellation and/or once the legal retention periods have expired. No international data transfers or profile analyses will be carried out. Interested parties may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection or restriction of processing by contacting Estudio Inmobiliario Ciudad Jardin S.L. at the following address: Calle Nueva, 19, C.P. 16296, La Pesquera, Cuenca, Spain, or by email: info@elchiquitisco.es. Similarly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency if you consider that your rights have been infringed.

The customer accepted the terms and conditions of this booking contract on the day of payment of the booking.
